CLE @ PHI -9.5, 42.5Some forecasts call for gusts up to 30 mph for The Linc. Could mess with Eagles' downfield looks. Browns punt a lot, winds could push those around.

Nothing too crazy. Gusts hit 24 mph in Nissan Stadium. Both Colts QBs like to push the ball down field. Titans punt a lot and aren't great at it. Could give Indy good starting field position.
ARZ @ GBY -4.5, 47.5
Possible rain for Lambeau along with gusts up to 38 mph and "feels like" temps at 42 degrees. Two offenses that like to throw deeper with high drop%. Kicker issues on both sides with Prater injured and Narveson sucking. Total dropped from 50.5 to 47.5.
CIN @ NYG +3.5, 48Some forecast calling for 50% chance of rain and showers throughout SNF. Wind gusts up to 26 mph in a weird breezes of MetLife. Giants have high drop% and fumbles. Total was as high as 49.5 but has ticked down to 48 O/U.
BUF @ NYJ +2.5, 41Forecasts differ but some calling for wind gusts as high as 31 mph for start of MNF, but dying off in 2H. Neither offense really striking deep, with BUF second best in YAC.
